Stolen Truck Recovered. Chatham-Kent OPP officers are on lookout for a driver who stole a tractor trailer from London and abandoned it at the Tilbury westbound service centreon Highway 401 Tuesday afternoon. The truck was running when police found it and officers performed a high-risk sweep of the vechile. However, no one was to be found.
